This 5-star London hotel is quietly located next to Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Lancaster Gate Tube Station. The hotel offers breath-taking views of the famous London skyline. Extraordinary service orientation and kindness by the staff. Breakfast and dining was delicious (in room service). All facilities were very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Nespresso Machine in the room. The desk power supply offered connects for all kind of electric plugs and USB. Wide spaces to sit and relax, nice bar and restaurants. I was on 11th floor with a beautiful view over London. Many restaurants and pubs in a walking radius of 20 minutes. I enjoyed my stay a lot and this will be my to-go-location for future short trips to London.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent and close to Harrods and a tube station. The staff and doormen were friendly and helpful. We were provided with complementary champagne and a cake was provided for my husband's birthday.
