This 5-star London hotel is quietly located next to Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Lancaster Gate Tube Station. The hotel offers breath-taking views of the famous London skyline. The hotel is excellent and spotless as is to be expected. The staff are extremely helpful. We booked with breakfast included and I informed the hotel that my husband is celiac and dairy intolerant. As we walked into the breakfast room, the staff on hand explained everything to him. Everything was labelled, which is refreshing being able to choose with peace of mind. Plenty of options ranging from healthy to indulgent. The room was quite at night. The hotel is literally just round the corner from Lancaster Gate Tube Station. Very bright and airy room with a lovely view. Its a shame we only had one night here.

The interiors are so fancy and classic with nice pastel colors. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The tea and coffee facility in the room is great. Thank you for our anniversary arrangement in the room, the cheesecake was delicious.
