The staff were very communicative prior to my stay and helped to make the weekend very special for my partners birthday. The staff were very warm and welcoming on arriving to check in at the hotel. They went above and beyond to support us during our stay and we’re very attentive.

Inhabit, Queen's Gardens is a certified B Corp and Green Key hotels, creating social impact and improving our environmental footprint. The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable. Still water was provided in the rooms with refill stations on the floor so you could refill the bottle. That was an excellent touch. The complimentary option to book the sauna was also very nice and relaxing. It was very easy to book at reception. The location was also great-just a 7 minute walk to paddington station so it was easy to get around the city. The staff was also very helpful and kind! I would definitely book another stay here!

This hotel is located a short walk from Hyde Park, in the quiet surroundings of Bayswater. I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, and the facilities were top-notch with a daily cleaning service. Additionally, the hotel's location is superb, being very close to Hyde Park and Paddington station. Highly recommend!
