Wonderfully quiet neighborhood that’s just the right distance to be outside London but not too far. The beds were amazing and the house was the perfect size for our family of 5.

Our stay at the Loft apartment was very comfortable and convenient. Communication with the hosts was excellent with a WhatsApp group set up by them. Key pick up from a lockbox was easy. The apartment is on the top 3rd level in the loft save of a secure building. Its front door is also secured coded. The kitchen and living area is pretty spacious and tastefully decorated. Two bedrooms, one with ensuite, and another separate bathroom, are all good sizes. The central heating was very good as it was freezing when we stayed. A 5 min walk to Balham’s main street and the Underground made getting around very easy. A Sainsbury and an Aldi and plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs close by. So a really good location. The road outside a little busy but the double glazing kept any noise to a minimum.

It's a short walk to the underground where there are food and coffee shops. The accommodation is very clean and spacious. There are new towels, shampoo, and soap provided in every bedroom. The washer and dryer are separate units. The kitchen is the best we've ever encountered. Will stay again if we travel to London.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The receptionist was very considerate in offering me early check -in when I arrived early at the hotel. He offered me a choice of rooms and made sure that the heating was on before I entered my room. The service was excellent. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Balham tube station. Lots of eateries around the tube station. The hotel is also not far from park and green spaces . The room also has desk and chair so one can do some work comfortably. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

There is loads of space and everything was absolutely spotless. The area felt very safe and as a solo traveller this was very important to me. There is also two balconies which I imagine would be lovely in the summer. It is close to local transport links making it super easy to use as a base for exploring London. Highly recommend!
