The bathroom was huge - we had a big tub and also a big shower. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is near the subway. And the host very very nice and helpful! We arrived early and it was no problem to leave the luggage at the reception until check in hour, while we went visiting the city.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist with any requests I had during my stay. The location of the hotel was also ideal - 3min till underground. But what really stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the room was. It was clear that the housekeeping staff took great pride in their work, as every inch of the room was spotless and smelled fresh. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the area. The combination of great staff, self check-in/check-out, ideal location, and immaculate rooms make it a top choice for travelers. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.

The washer and dryer are separate units. The kitchen is the best we've ever encountered. Will stay again if we travel to London.

The Neighborhood had a lively nightlife but the apartment was a few blocks removed and pretty quiet. The overground train ran right by the apartment but it was not loud--even with the window open at night. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and far better than a hotel. Modern kitchen. Safe family friendly building.

Everything is just awesome perfect. This stay exceeded all our expectations. The flat is equipped like hosts were going to live there themselves. Kitchen has everything a family could need. No any small thing that we could comply. Location is excellent - safe, quiet and just few minutes of walking to subway, hypermarket, stores/restaurants etc. We used several properties to stay in London during last couple years and this one is definitely the best we have seen to the moment. Strongly recommended.

This was the first time that the actual place/apartment looked much better in person than the photos. Excellent place! Very cosy and comfy! Beautiful and excellent staff.

The Balham Place - Stylish 2BDR Flat is situated in the Wandsworth district of London, 3.3 km from Clapham Junction, 3.9 km from Colliers Wood and 4.5 km from O2 Academy Brixton. Apartment was like in the photos- very stylish. Clean and newly renovated. Pickup and drop off was easy to do but everything is arranged via email. Do note you need to pay a deposit that's not included in the price before you can access the keys. Location suited us (near a place we needed to be) but might not be for everyone. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked with teabags, dishwasher soap etc. Washing machine, ironing board provided.
