The condition of the Balham Loft was exceptional! It was beautifully clean and well organized and much bigger than expected, it completely surpassed our expectations. The location is excellent, central to shops, restaurants, train station and tube for travel anywhere. However, still managing to be quiet and peaceful, for London. The host was extremely helpful in every way possible, always contactable and answering any queries very promptly. Overall staying at the Balham loft is a wonderful experience from start to finish in every way and we would strongly recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you

Featuring accommodation with a patio, Boutique Victorian 4 Bed House with Garden in Balham is situated in London. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the holiday home free of charge. It's a short walk to the underground where there are food and coffee shops. The accommodation is very clean and spacious. There are new towels, shampoo, and soap provided in every bedroom. The washer and dryer are separate units. The kitchen is the best we've ever encountered. Will stay again if we travel to London.

There is loads of space and everything was absolutely spotless. The area felt very safe and as a solo traveller this was very important to me. There is also two balconies which I imagine would be lovely in the summer. It is close to local transport links making it super easy to use as a base for exploring London. Highly recommend!
