Great location to the exhibition centre and close to Garibaldi Place- easy to get the tram and loads of restaurants nearby, only 20 mins walk to the old town and the promenade.

Hotel des Dames is 328 feet from the Palais des Expositions . It is 984 feet from the old town and a short tram ride from the beach in Nice. A gorgeous little hotel only a 10 minute walk to the old centre. My room was small but very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and the breakfast is so generous!

Just a 16-minute walk from Plage Ponchettes and 0.9 miles from Plage Rauba Capeu, Pretty and quiet top floor 2 bedroom flat in the port area of Nice features accommodations in Nice with a terrace. Roomy and comfortable, this apartment was delightful. It was an enjoyable stay in an authentic area of Nice, away from too many tourists. It was well equipped with plenty of storage. Top floor but there is a lift. Safe neighbourhood with a good coffee shop at the corner where the tram stops. We would stay here again. Good value!

MY CASA - Smolett - Superb Studio Suite Downtown with AC offers accommodations in Nice, a 10-minute walk from MAMAC and one mile from Castle Hill of Nice. Central location with easy access to trams, buses and trains all of which we used. It also provided us with a very comfortable and reasonably priced base from which we could walk to the beach, promenades and local shops for supplies. We had fabulous weather and enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

Malyandco offers accommodations in Nice, 2.4 miles from Russian Orthodox Cathedral and 2.4 miles from Cimiez Monastery. The property manager was communicative prior arrival to the location and advised to wait for me to collect the keys. Gave a tour of the room and took sometime to give some recommendations as far as traveling within Nice, France and outside. Gave clear instructions in order to complete a smooth check out.
