The apartment for a long stay This apartment has unbeatable location in a peaceful neighbourhood called Riquier, just around the corner from the nearest tram station. About 750 metres from the train station with the same name, 500 metres to Place Garibaldi and 1 kilometre from the Old Town of Nice. Cozy, well equipped, spacious and on the top floor. The building is an old one, but well maintained and it has an elevator. The host is fluent in English and was more than pleasant. Once again, big thanks for everything. Great location, close to the centre, the port, and the exit of the city. With exceptionally good interior, decoration, and facilities (everything from snacks and drinks to a hairdryer and washing machine), there's everything you'd ever need and more. The parking space is very close to the apartment, which is very rare for the location, and is decent sized for this part of Europe. Very good AC in both rooms. Lovely terrace. Very peaceful and quiet during the night.
