Offering soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a flat screen with Chromecast. I booked a double room for the weekend and reserved parking. The hotel Is very nice and in a beautiful area. The look Is very cool whit all particular forniture and color. The room was clean and there was enough space for two people. Everything looks new and clean. There is a very useful water dispenser in the corridor with fresh still water or sparkling! The breakfast is rich with everything you could expect from a buffet.

Hotel des Dames is 100 metres from the Palais des Expositions . It is 300 metres from the old town and a short tram ride from the beach in Nice. The staff and owner are so caring and friendly.

We had great communication with Muriel, found the apartment easily (two minutes walk from Republique tram stop) and were warmly welcomed. The apartment is large and quiet and has all the facilities described, good quality appliances, a homely feel.

Central location with easy access to trams, buses and trains all of which we used. It also provided us with a very comfortable and reasonably priced base from which we could walk to the beach, promenades and local shops for supplies. We had fabulous weather and enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

The property manager was communicative prior arrival to the location and advised to wait for me to collect the keys. Gave a tour of the room and took sometime to give some recommendations as far as traveling within Nice, France and outside. Gave clear instructions in order to complete a smooth check out.
