Located in the Barrio de las Letras, Gran Hotel Inglés - The Leading Hotels of the World is set on a 19th century building, and offers 5* accommodation 300 metres from Puerta del Sol and only 600... Personal is super frendly and helpful. Everyone, beginning from the Front Desk with amazing Alina till the housekeeping were incredibly nice- and made us feel like home. First time in my experience nobody insisted on cheking out strictly on time. I should separately mention the consierge Nuria- because of her we discovered amazing places in Madrid. Rooms are clean, fresh and pleasant to stay.
