We booked a Junior Suite with a king-size bed and a sofa for three adults. The room was exceptionally spacious and comfortably accommodated us. The hotel was impeccably clean, and we received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The location is excellent—situated away from the city noise yet conveniently close to Retiro Park. A metro station is just 250 meters away, and taxis are almost always available right in front of the hotel. As a medical professional, I was particularly impressed by the presence of a defibrillator in the lobby, with all staff members trained in its use. This level of preparedness and attention to safety is truly remarkable.

The room was extremely fresh and comfortable, with courtesy tea and coffee, beautiful view from the 10th floor and a spacious and clean bathroom.

This stylish, modern hotel is located in the south of Madrid, close to the Méndez Álvaro Bus Station. It offers a varied buffet breakfast and free WiFi. Very beautiful facility and they had a parking garage. This is great and we were tired of dragging luggage over cobblestones for long walks to our previous locations.
