The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the free coffee and drinks available 24 hours a day—a fantastic perk that made the stay even more enjoyable. While the location is a bit far from Madrid's city center, it's just an 8-minute walk to Bus E1, which takes you directly there. It's a small inconvenience compared to the overall quality and experience this hotel provides. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

On the check in day, they answered and told me that they don't have my reservation. I had to pay another hostel at 10PM after my flight. Don't go to this Accommodation.

Very new, the beds were really comfortable and the space was quite big, there were 2 different subway stations at walking distance. The place was extremely clean and the cleaning every day was included in the price, but we could decide that the person did not clean while our stay. The contact was super attentive and the check in experience was also amazing

Shame on booking.com who doubled the payment, not taking into account the credit from PortofelBooking.com, which was 1/7 of the accommodation price and fully doubling the payment, using my money in 14 days, I will ask for compensation. Our host Elena was very helpful and she even approved late check out for us, since we had evening flight back.

The location of the apartment was ideal for the metro and a short hop into the city. It was very well equipped, clean and tidy. The owner contacted me upon arrival to check everything was ok and volunteered to be contacted if we encountered any problems during our stay. The underground parking was excellent and a real must for us as we had driven to Madrid.

The appartment is very clean, new, located on ground floor, we found there everything we needed during our stay in Madrid. Not central but so convenient with the metro station very close to the appartment. We could get to the city center in less than 15 minutes. There is a parking lot which is great.
