I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities are new and modern, giving a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the free coffee and drinks available 24 hours a day—a fantastic perk that made the stay even more enjoyable. While the location is a bit far from Madrid's city center, it's just an 8-minute walk to Bus E1, which takes you directly there. It's a small inconvenience compared to the overall quality and experience this hotel provides. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Apt nuevo! 2 hab, baño doble, garaje, Metro a 200m is located in the Carabanchel district of Madrid, 4.7 km from Puerta de Toledo, 4.9 km from Parque de Atracciones de Madrid and 5.7 km from Mercado... Me and my family enjoyed very much the stay at this accommodation. We met Marina at the location, few minutes after our arrival, she handed over the keys, walked us through the apartment and offered her support for anything we might need during our stay, which was very much appreciated! The apartment is big, has all the facilities you might need and is super close to the metro station, that will take you everywhere in the beautiful city of Madrid. There are also some restaurants in the area, in case you're hungry and too tired to go too far :) I would definitely recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back during my next visit!

Tofi 2 is a cosy apartment that is perfectly equipped with everything needed to make you feel at home. The owner and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a 5 night stay, and honestly, we wish it could have lasted more. The beds and pillows are excellent, so we always got a very good rest after our long walks around the city. We received delicious treats and they did not even know it was our honeymoon :) The positioning is good, you are at walking distance from two metro stations and several bus stops. The neighbourhood is nice and peaceful, especially in the evenings, but you still have options in the area if you want to go out.

The apartment is a converted shop, ground floor plus basement in a quiet 5 storey block in a pleasant area. There is a shower-room & toilet at the rear of the ground floor, with a mezzanine floor above it that has a double bed. There is a double bed and en-suite toilet in the basement, and a TV. The lounge has a TV with lots of channels, wifi, a kitchenette (sink, fridge, 2 hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pans, etc) and a table which adjusts it's height (coffee or dining - neat!). Lounge also has a sofa which turns into a fantastic double bed, probably the best we have ever seen, and really comfortable even for two large adults. Apartment is spacious, well-equipped, modern, high standard of finish through-out. There are plenty of cupboards, shelves, work-tops. It is a 5-10 minute walk to a Metro station (Marqués de Vadillo, on light green line 5) less to bus stops. Area is very safe, quiet, clean, well-maintained. Lovely people.

Nicoletta has quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Madrid, 4.6 km from Puerta de Toledo. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. This property was all mine, very private and quiet. It had the advantage of being close to metro & buses, easy access to get around. It was perfect for me, since I needed a quiet place to sleep, and was up early to catch the bus to the Instituto, where I took an intensive training for 5 days. It was well situated between the Instituto and the central city of Madrid.
