The owner was very nice , kind and when he found out we were going to a soccer game he drove us to the stadium. We also had a wonderful time and were provided with free breakfast and water:) Perfect place!!

The apartment is a converted shop, ground floor plus basement in a quiet 5 storey block in a pleasant area. There is a shower-room & toilet at the rear of the ground floor, with a mezzanine floor above it that has a double bed. There is a double bed and en-suite toilet in the basement, and a TV. The lounge has a TV with lots of channels, wifi, a kitchenette (sink, fridge, 2 hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pans, etc) and a table which adjusts it's height (coffee or dining - neat!). Lounge also has a sofa which turns into a fantastic double bed, probably the best we have ever seen, and really comfortable even for two large adults. Apartment is spacious, well-equipped, modern, high standard of finish through-out. There are plenty of cupboards, shelves, work-tops. It is a 5-10 minute walk to a Metro station (Marqués de Vadillo, on light green line 5) less to bus stops. Area is very safe, quiet, clean, well-maintained. Lovely people.

Nicoletta has quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Madrid, 4.6 km from Puerta de Toledo. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. It is a lovely little apartment. Everything is new, clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Metro station is 2 minute walk away. Nicoletta is a very nice woman, always looking to help.
