Raul is very friendly , kind and reliable person. Great communication from the beginning. The room, toilet and kitchen were super clean. Access to the kitchen without any problems. I really felt like being at home. The place is quite and very safe. Train station is 5 min by walk and it takes 20 min to get to Sol Station. Supermarket is 7 min by walk. I will definitely stay in Raul's place again. I really recommend the place - best option for solo traveller. 10/10

Offering air-conditioned rooms in the Villaverde district of Madrid, Paseo Suites Hotel is 4.8 miles from Atocha Train Station. Very clean, very big, located in a very good neighborhood. The building is secured, they provided us with a remote access to the main entrance of the building which was so cool. Our flat was in the ground floor. It was a private car parking in the basement. They respond very quickly via WhatsApp if you need anything. It was a coffee machine and everything you may need in the kitchen except washing machines are in the basement. Highly recommended and definitely will stay again.

Villa Verde features free Wifi and rooms with air conditioning in Madrid. I stayed for a couple of nights as a solo traveler. The apartment is a comfortable size for up to 2 ppl with all amenities that one needs such as water kettle, coffee machine, washing machine etc. It was super quiet at night and I had a comfortable sleep. I missed buying the tourist ticket for the train which would have included the commuter as well, so I always used my credit card without checking the charge… Turns out one journey to the city centre is only 1.70 € and it really doesn’t take long, so no complaints from my side haha. I would definitely come back!
