Raul is very friendly , kind and reliable person. Great communication from the beginning. The room, toilet and kitchen were super clean. Access to the kitchen without any problems. I really felt like being at home. The place is quite and very safe. Train station is 5 min by walk and it takes 20 min to get to Sol Station. Supermarket is 7 min by walk. I will definitely stay in Raul's place again. I really recommend the place - best option for solo traveller. 10/10

El Vértice Roomspace està situat en un polígon industrial, a 15 minuts en tren del centre de Madrid, i està ben comunicat amb les autopistes M45 i A4. Ofereix recepció 24 hores i gimnàs. It was near to the city center. The people there are very nice and helpful. The place was very clean.

7.7 km from Atocha Train Station, Paseo Suites Hotel is a recently renovated property set in Madrid and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and parking on-site. Very clean, very big, located in a very good neighborhood. The building is secured, they provided us with a remote access to the main entrance of the building which was so cool. Our flat was in the ground floor. It was a private car parking in the basement. They respond very quickly via WhatsApp if you need anything. It was a coffee machine and everything you may need in the kitchen except washing machines are in the basement. Highly recommended and definitely will stay again.

El CriteriaHome! nice&easy es troba a la Comunitat de Madrid, a 8 km de l'estadi Vicente Calderón i la Puerta de Toledo. The facilities were very clean upon arrival. Some consumables were available as a welcome treat (tea, coffee, biscuits, dishwasher pods). A washing machine and a dishwasher were available. The bathroom had soap and toilet paper and clean towels were provided for all guests. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, being adequate for a family stay for a short visit to the city.
