Raul is very friendly , kind and reliable person. Great communication from the beginning. The room, toilet and kitchen were super clean. Access to the kitchen without any problems. I really felt like being at home. The place is quite and very safe. Train station is 5 min by walk and it takes 20 min to get to Sol Station. Supermarket is 7 min by walk. I will definitely stay in Raul's place again. I really recommend the place - best option for solo traveller. 10/10

A Vértice Roomspace éjjel-nappali recepcióval várja vendégeit egy üzleti parkban, Madrid városközpontjától mindössze 15 perces vonatútra. Kicsi, de nagyon tiszta stúdió. A belváros (Atocha) könnyen megközelìthető a renfe vonattal c3. Az állomás 5 perc séta, az út 15 perc. Kényelmes ágy. Van mikró, hűtő. Nagyon jó ár-érték arány.

Very clean, very big, located in a very good neighborhood. The building is secured, they provided us with a remote access to the main entrance of the building which was so cool. Our flat was in the ground floor. It was a private car parking in the basement. They respond very quickly via WhatsApp if you need anything. It was a coffee machine and everything you may need in the kitchen except washing machines are in the basement. Highly recommended and definitely will stay again.

Situated within 8 km of Atocha Train Station and 8.2 km of Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid, Villa Verde features accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. I stayed for a couple of nights as a solo traveler. The apartment is a comfortable size for up to 2 ppl with all amenities that one needs such as water kettle, coffee machine, washing machine etc. It was super quiet at night and I had a comfortable sleep. I missed buying the tourist ticket for the train which would have included the commuter as well, so I always used my credit card without checking the charge… Turns out one journey to the city centre is only 1.70 € and it really doesn’t take long, so no complaints from my side haha. I would definitely come back!
