Service and facilities are amazing. We stayed in one of the rooms with a sea view and it didn't disappoint, beautiful view to wake up to and right next to the beach. The vibe of Makadi spa is very calm and relaxing, since it's couples only and they don't have loud music blasting at night. Any music playing in the public areas is calm and tranquil which we liked as this holiday was all about chilling out for us. There are a few sister hotels on either side that have more lively entertainment in the evenings that you can walk over to if that's your thing. The Snorkelling on the house reef is incredible, really healthy coral and lots of fish right on your doorstep. We also did a bit of diving with the onsite dive centre which was very good, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is an onsite spa run by a 3rd party that does great massages, although it is a little pricey. We enjoyed the food and service from all the staff was exceptional. Our favourite of the a la carte restaurants was the Italian so don't skip that. Special shout out to Hanna who really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay as much as possible.

În holul acestui complex se asigură acces la WiFi. - The food was delicious , Every day grill (Lunch and Dinner ) is a PLUS . - Most of The staff at Restaurant ,Pool, Reception ,Room service, front Desk were very helpful. -Laundry service is very good and eligible prices. -The Towel Corner giver was super smiley and helpful -We stayed in Room 6006 at the ground floor , it was close to almost everything . that was a very good give. -It deserves the amount of the money We spent

SUNRISE Royal Makadi Aqua Resort este decorat în stil oriental şi se află la 4 km de Golful Makadi. Totul a fost minunat...locatia excelentă..mâncarea ..serile...camera nemaipomenit.Am mâncat in fiecare seara la restaurantele specifice unde am servit niste mâncăruri foarte gustoase. Mulțumim in special chelnerilor de pe plajă au făcut tot posibilul să nu ne lipsească nimic Mulțumim Sunrise

Aflat în Hurghada, SUNRISE Tucana Resort -Grand Select- implementează un concept all inclusive premium. Proprietatea este situată la 27 km de New Marina și la 28 km de insula Giftun. Amazing! From the check in the receptionist was really helpful and kind,he always help when we needed him. The room was also really beautiful and always clean,the hotel staff did daily checkups to ask if everything is okay with our room. The food was amazing,both in the a la carte and in the posh club restaurant. Chef Mahmoud Al Khatib helped us choosing food and he was always really helpful in the a la carte restaurant.In posh club Chef Islam made amazing food. We were really satisfied with everything.We recommend it to everyone,we would go back anytime. Ágnes and Loren

Jaz Makadi Saraya se află la doar 400 de metri de plajă şi oferă camere cu balcon privat mobilat. Are piscine încălzite în aer liber. The staff was very friendly and kind. Everything was clean, the room was huge, food delecious.

Acest complex amenajat în stilul unui sat nubian se află în Madinat Makadi. Another great stay! Excellent accommodation, food, staff and facilities. 14th time at this hotel I have tried lots of other hotels in Hurghada but this one is by far the best.

Located by the Red Sea in Madinat Makadi, this resort is 5 minutes’ walk from its own private beach. Facilities include regular nightly entertainment, a diving centre and outdoor pool. When we were looking for hotels in Hurghada, we were overwhelmed by the amount of options that seemed all good. We ended up going for Jaz Makadi Star & Spa as it was the only one that didn't have any concerning 1 star review on tripadvisor.  And we weren't wrong!! The hotel was increible! It was super clean, everything was in excellent conditions, and the employees were AMAZING. Mr. Mina, the assistant manager, received us with open arms. He was very attentive and in various opportunities during our stay he checked on us, to make sure it was all ok. All the staff were nice, helpful,  and, for the first time in Egypt, we didn't feel pushed at all to leave tips, which made the whole experience much more relaxing (we didn't have to worry on bringing cash to the pool, etc.). The reception had a box to leave tips for the different areas in the hotel, so we simply left our tips there on our last day. Food was also delicious.  In the main restaurant,  which was buffet, there was also always a  option of food cooked on the moment. The pool bar had a small menu a la carte for lunch, and the hotel/complex have various a la carte menu that you can go to once. The ones we tried were delicious! The cocktails were also great, and the guys at the pool bar were always happy to do new ones. The beach was 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and it had some reefs for snorkeling (of course, it was allowed to touch or swim over them, but we still manage to see a lot of fish). Finally, as it was our honeymoon, the hotel gave us various presents and surprises, as the decoration of the room that always made us smile. Thank you so much for everything! Pilar & Matteo
