My girlfriend and I booked 4 nights in November in the Makadi Spa Hotel. The location, the food, the entertainment and the whole resort area was simply amazing. But what I really have to mention here is the exceptional friendly and helpful hotel employees! We felt welcomed and helped and supported all the time. Special thanks to Hana especially who also helped us all the time during our stay. He also supported us and gave us good advices for our trip to Cairo later on! I recommend this hotel to everyone :)

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. Everything was perfect. The food is so exquisite and delicious. Animation, amusement park. Crazy river is super. Wave pool is awesome. The whole hotel area is cool and there is a lot of entertainment for children and adults. I definitely recommend it.

With a Moorish-style façade framed by palm trees, this all-inclusive hotel on Makadi Bay. Beach towels and a beach bag are provided in the rooms. Every thing was perfect starting from the staff Mr. Amir and his colleagues to the facilities and rooms to the activity. Highly recommended for families.

Dvalarstaðurinn SUNRISE Royal Makadi Resort er staðsettur í Makadi-flóa sem er 4 km langur. Andrúmsloftið er austurlenskt. Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception and during meals. Very good location, we could see the corals and fish from the hotel beach Good activities organized by the hotel Highly recommend!

Situated on a private beach, Serenity Beach Resort is a Moroccan-style resort 38 km south of Hurghada. It offers 5-star accommodation with Red Sea views with 5 swimming pools and 3 restaurants. The staff was excellent the garden was nice. Food was also very good, we stayed for a week and we could eat different every day. Clean rooms everyday and very very friendly and helpful staff.

From check in to check out we were treated like royalty, we upgraded to a duplex lagoon suite and the accommodation as amazing. Every member of staff was polite and helpful. Our favourite restaurant was the Turkish and the food was 1st class. We would recommend this resort 100%
