We stayed in one of the rooms with a sea view and it didn't disappoint, beautiful view to wake up to and right next to the beach. The vibe of Makadi spa is very calm and relaxing, since it's couples only and they don't have loud music blasting at night. Any music playing in the public areas is calm and tranquil which we liked as this holiday was all about chilling out for us. There are a few sister hotels on either side that have more lively entertainment in the evenings that you can walk over to if that's your thing. The Snorkelling on the house reef is incredible, really healthy coral and lots of fish right on your doorstep. We also did a bit of diving with the onsite dive centre which was very good, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is an onsite spa run by a 3rd party that does great massages, although it is a little pricey. We enjoyed the food and service from all the staff was exceptional. Our favourite of the a la carte restaurants was the Italian so don't skip that. Special shout out to Hanna who really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay as much as possible.

Ośrodek Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City usytuowany jest w Hurghadzie i dysponuje parkiem wodnym z centrum rozrywki. W holu dostępne jest WiFi. Hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Bardzo duży obiekt I teren wokół hotelu. Tereny zielone świetnie utrzymane. Mnóstwo atrakcji jak baseny show la dzieci i dorosłych luna park aqua park etc. Obsługa bardzo pilnuje bezpieczeństwa gości. Pomocna I sympatyczna obsługa, komfortowy wygodny pokój. Jedzenie zróżnicowane i co ważne poza europejskim serwowane jest też lokalne. Dla mnie to lokalne jedzenie było bardziej interesujące i jedynie czego mi zabrakło to pewnie a trudnosc w połączeniu ze sobą lokalnych potraw.

Ośrodek SUNRISE Royal Makadi Aqua Resort usytuowany jest przy 4-kilometrowej zatoce Makadi i panuje w nim orientalny klimat. 3rd time here. We returned here after 14 years. Hotel was good before and got even better. Staff is extremely friendly and respectful not only towards guests, but towards each other also. Food is also a huge improvement. Specially Ala Carte restaurants - they are really good, food is tasty and prepared with care and passion. Cocktails are made with real and good quality juice. Room was clean, beach is very good also. Hotel is also very suited for families. Nice vegetation and flours. Very good gym. Lots of free activities.

Located in Hurghada, SUNRISE Tucana Resort -Grand Select- offers premium all-inclusive concept . The property is situated 27 km from New Marina and 28 km from Giftun Island. Amazing! From the check in the receptionist was really helpful and kind,he always help when we needed him. The room was also really beautiful and always clean,the hotel staff did daily checkups to ask if everything is okay with our room. The food was amazing,both in the a la carte and in the posh club restaurant. Chef Mahmoud Al Khatib helped us choosing food and he was always really helpful in the a la carte restaurant.In posh club Chef Islam made amazing food. We were really satisfied with everything.We recommend it to everyone,we would go back anytime. Ágnes and Loren

Located by the Red Sea in Madinat Makadi, this resort is 5 minutes’ walk from its own private beach. Facilities include regular nightly entertainment, a diving centre and outdoor pool. When we were looking for hotels in Hurghada, we were overwhelmed by the amount of options that seemed all good. We ended up going for Jaz Makadi Star & Spa as it was the only one that didn't have any concerning 1 star review on tripadvisor.  And we weren't wrong!! The hotel was increible! It was super clean, everything was in excellent conditions, and the employees were AMAZING. Mr. Mina, the assistant manager, received us with open arms. He was very attentive and in various opportunities during our stay he checked on us, to make sure it was all ok. All the staff were nice, helpful,  and, for the first time in Egypt, we didn't feel pushed at all to leave tips, which made the whole experience much more relaxing (we didn't have to worry on bringing cash to the pool, etc.). The reception had a box to leave tips for the different areas in the hotel, so we simply left our tips there on our last day. Food was also delicious.  In the main restaurant,  which was buffet, there was also always a  option of food cooked on the moment. The pool bar had a small menu a la carte for lunch, and the hotel/complex have various a la carte menu that you can go to once. The ones we tried were delicious! The cocktails were also great, and the guys at the pool bar were always happy to do new ones. The beach was 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and it had some reefs for snorkeling (of course, it was allowed to touch or swim over them, but we still manage to see a lot of fish). Finally, as it was our honeymoon, the hotel gave us various presents and surprises, as the decoration of the room that always made us smile. Thank you so much for everything! Pilar & Matteo
