Le personnel était très agréable et très serviable. Nous sommes allés célébrer notre 1e anniversaire de mariage et ils ont très bien pris soins de nous et nous on meme préparer une surprise pour célébrer l’occasion. Situé à Hurghada, le Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort vous accueille avec un parc aquatique et un centre d'attractions complet. La diversité des activités, la qualité du service et du personnel (très avenant et souriant), la propreté (2 nettoyages par jour des chambres), la sécurité dans l’établissement, l’insonorisation des chambres, et l’Aqua Park étaient génial 😍!!

Situé dans la baie de Makadi, longue de 4 km, le SUNRISE Royal Makadi Aqua Resort est doté d'une atmorsphère orientale. 3rd time here. We returned here after 14 years. Hotel was good before and got even better. Staff is extremely friendly and respectful not only towards guests, but towards each other also. Food is also a huge improvement. Specially Ala Carte restaurants - they are really good, food is tasty and prepared with care and passion. Cocktails are made with real and good quality juice. Room was clean, beach is very good also. Hotel is also very suited for families. Nice vegetation and flours. Very good gym. Lots of free activities.

From the check in the receptionist was really helpful and kind,he always help when we needed him. The room was also really beautiful and always clean,the hotel staff did daily checkups to ask if everything is okay with our room. The food was amazing,both in the a la carte and in the posh club restaurant. Chef Mahmoud Al Khatib helped us choosing food and he was always really helpful in the a la carte restaurant.In posh club Chef Islam made amazing food. We were really satisfied with everything.We recommend it to everyone,we would go back anytime. Ágnes and Loren

Installé à seulement 400 mètres de la plage, le Jaz Makadi Saraya Resort possède des piscines extérieures chauffées et des hébergements avec balcon privé meublé. The staff was very friendly and kind. Everything was clean, the room was huge, food delecious.

Niché sur les rives de Madinat Makadi, au cœur du magnifique parcours de golf de Makadi, le boutique hôtel 5 étoiles Steigenberger Makadi - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus propose toutes les... J'ai aimé l'accueil, la propreté de la chambre , la disponibilité des personnels ainsi que la nourriture - C'est un hôtel de très grande qualité que je recommande vivement.

Le complexe hôtelier Jaz Makadi Star & Spa se trouve à Madinat Makadi, au bord de la mer Rouge, à 5 minutes à pied de sa plage privée. When we were looking for hotels in Hurghada, we were overwhelmed by the amount of options that seemed all good. We ended up going for Jaz Makadi Star & Spa as it was the only one that didn't have any concerning 1 star review on tripadvisor.  And we weren't wrong!! The hotel was increible! It was super clean, everything was in excellent conditions, and the employees were AMAZING. Mr. Mina, the assistant manager, received us with open arms. He was very attentive and in various opportunities during our stay he checked on us, to make sure it was all ok. All the staff were nice, helpful,  and, for the first time in Egypt, we didn't feel pushed at all to leave tips, which made the whole experience much more relaxing (we didn't have to worry on bringing cash to the pool, etc.). The reception had a box to leave tips for the different areas in the hotel, so we simply left our tips there on our last day. Food was also delicious.  In the main restaurant,  which was buffet, there was also always a  option of food cooked on the moment. The pool bar had a small menu a la carte for lunch, and the hotel/complex have various a la carte menu that you can go to once. The ones we tried were delicious! The cocktails were also great, and the guys at the pool bar were always happy to do new ones. The beach was 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and it had some reefs for snorkeling (of course, it was allowed to touch or swim over them, but we still manage to see a lot of fish). Finally, as it was our honeymoon, the hotel gave us various presents and surprises, as the decoration of the room that always made us smile. Thank you so much for everything! Pilar & Matteo
