Very friendly welcome for both me and my dog. The position of the room was excellent so that I could get in and out with my dog easily. The reception staff were excellent. The hotel room was very clean.

The flat has a great location in a quiet neighbourhood and is relatively close to a metro station, so we were able to easily get home at night after the Adele concert. The flat had everything we needed - the kitchen and the bathroom had all the necessary basics. The balcony and the view were also great. There was also a fan available. The communication with the host was great.

Artist Residence Schwabing is a spacious apartment situated in Munich, 1.1 km from the Old and New Pinakothek and 2 km from the English Garden. Great apartment with a great host! We fully enjoyed the host's kind explanation as well as tasty fruits. Neighbors were also gentle. If I grab another chance to visit Munich in the near future, I will choose this apartment again.

It was my first visit to Germany, but the location was very good. I thought about checking in, but it was easy to access and convenient. The free Wi-Fi was very good, and the access route near Munich was great.

There are a lot of good cafes and restaurants around the place as well. When we had questions or requests the staff was very welcoming, communicated quickly through the booking app.
