This is a wonderful family owned boutique hotel in a very nice residential area but still close to everything you could want in Munich. We enjoyed our stay and felt like a local living in the city, hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. They offer coffee and tea on the house and they even have a fridge full of beer & wine for purchase, they have thought of everything that could make your stay comfortable. It is just a few doors down from a grocery store and in an area with lots of shops & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend it!

I stayed for five nights with my two small children, and it was very comfortable. The place was spacious, clean, and even had toys and books for the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped with a wide range of utensils as well as condiments and cooking oil, so we could easily cook after shopping at a nearby supermarket. The washer-dryer combo was extremely convenient, allowing us to do laundry while we were out. We enjoyed watching wild rabbits and squirrels in the courtyard from the window. The U3 subway station provides direct access to major tourist attractions. The owner was also very kind and helpful, which we appreciated.

Featuring free WiFi, The Brera Serviced Apartments Munich Schwabing. Olympiapark is 1.6 km away. Private parking is available on site for a charge. It was bigger than I expected. The apartment had plenty of windows—about eight in total—which made it feel bright and open. The heating system was fantastic, especially the warm floors. Even though I was on the first floor, right next to a busy avenue, I couldn’t hear a thing from outside. I highly recommend this place.

The location is good. Small walking distance to the underground and the tram. The reception is helpful and the room is lovely. I’d like to stay here again.
