The kitchen was fully equipped with a wide range of utensils as well as condiments and cooking oil, so we could easily cook after shopping at a nearby supermarket. The washer-dryer combo was extremely convenient, allowing us to do laundry while we were out. We enjoyed watching wild rabbits and squirrels in the courtyard from the window. The U3 subway station provides direct access to major tourist attractions. The owner was also very kind and helpful, which we appreciated.

Artist Residence Schwabing is a spacious apartment situated in Munich, 1.1 km from the Old and New Pinakothek and 2 km from the English Garden. Excellent location. Very clean and extremely cooperative host. I will certainly book it again when I visit Munich.
