Olympiapark Studio-Direct Train to Oktoberfest has a balcony and is located in Munich, within just 1.6 km of Olympic Stadium and 1.2 km of Olympiapark. The flat has a great location in a quiet neighbourhood and is relatively close to a metro station, so we were able to easily get home at night after the Adele concert. The flat had everything we needed - the kitchen and the bathroom had all the necessary basics. The balcony and the view were also great. There was also a fan available. The communication with the host was great.

I stayed for five nights with my two small children, and it was very comfortable. The place was spacious, clean, and even had toys and books for the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped with a wide range of utensils as well as condiments and cooking oil, so we could easily cook after shopping at a nearby supermarket. The washer-dryer combo was extremely convenient, allowing us to do laundry while we were out. We enjoyed watching wild rabbits and squirrels in the courtyard from the window. The U3 subway station provides direct access to major tourist attractions. The owner was also very kind and helpful, which we appreciated.

Artist Residence Schwabing is a spacious apartment situated in Munich, 1.1 km from the Old and New Pinakothek and 2 km from the English Garden. Very warm welcome from our hostess; quiet, tidy rooms with plenty of space; a filled refrigerator as well as a variety of fruits and vegetables were a delightful surprise! ; location near to tram and bus makes it perfect for city trips

Featuring free WiFi, The Brera Serviced Apartments Munich Schwabing. Olympiapark is 1.6 km away. Private parking is available on site for a charge. I was very comfortable in my “cosy” apartment, and I was extremely happy with the three doors that opened to the outside for fresh air. Jule at the reception desk was most helpful upon my arrival and answered my many questions cheerfully. I appreciated the location, which was close to everything I needed.

Stayed at Hapato for a while and I must say I was satisfied with the welcoming staff, the service, housekeeping, and its excellent location. Everything is new, clean and comfortable, well equiped studio with tasteful design. The area is really nice, with many options for dinner and breakfast as well. Dragana from the reservation provided excellent service with professional courtesy beyond expectation.. Next time I am in Munich, I will only stay here ❤️
