The customer service from the concierge, the front desk, the spa to the restaurant staff. The housekeeping was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Really lovely hotel with comfortable quiet room. The location away from the tourist area.

Centrally located at the Stiglmaierplatz square in Munich, 800 metres from Munich Central Station, this design hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Breakfast was... I guess typical for German hotel, rather poor choice. Otherwise, great hotel.

Lovely beds, pillows and duvets. Towels were good quality and the room was very clean. We ended up here after our flight was cancelled due to the extreme snow. Fatimah on reception was exceptional. She was so welcoming and helpful, a real asset to the hotel. Breakfast and room service dinner were very good and the service for both were also excellent. the hotel is located directly next to central train station, tram stop and bus stop and walkable to City centre. I would recommend.

This hotel enjoys a quiet location and excellent transport connections, just 1 underground stop from Munich Main Station. Munich's Old Town district is 1.5 km from Hotel Erzgiesserei. We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! We arrived late on a Friday evening and were worried about dining options since the hotel restaurant and nearby places were already closed. However, the staff allowed us to order food and use the restaurant area to dine in comfort. This thoughtful gesture made our late arrival so much easier. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the breakfast was abundant with plenty of options to satisfy every palate. The restaurant area itself is beautifully decorated with traditional Bavarian wooden elements, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that we truly enjoyed. The staff deserves special mention—they were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the city centre and just a 5-minute walk to the bus station for Memmingen Airport. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.
