Overlooking the Old Botanical Garden, this 5-star design hotel in Munich offers an exclusive spa with indoor pool, soundproofed rooms with free Wi-Fi, and an elegant Neo Bistro with terrace and bar. The customer service from the concierge, the front desk, the spa to the restaurant staff. The housekeeping was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Really lovely hotel with comfortable quiet room. The location away from the tourist area.

The hotel has a great location, homey rooms and is super clean. The staff is kind and responsive. It's close to both the train station and the city centre. Nearby is full of nice bars and restaurants. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Eden Hotel is located right outside the central train station making it super easy to get to with luggage if you are arriving by train.The staff are friendly and helpful, the beds and pillows are amazing, the breakfast was fabulous, they even cater for Gluten Free We loved that we could open the windows for fresh air and to check how cold it was outside We loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we returned to Munich

We arrived late on a Friday evening and were worried about dining options since the hotel restaurant and nearby places were already closed. However, the staff allowed us to order food and use the restaurant area to dine in comfort. This thoughtful gesture made our late arrival so much easier. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the breakfast was abundant with plenty of options to satisfy every palate. The restaurant area itself is beautifully decorated with traditional Bavarian wooden elements, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that we truly enjoyed. The staff deserves special mention—they were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the city centre and just a 5-minute walk to the bus station for Memmingen Airport. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.
