This is a small oasis/garden in a charming Bavarian town. Breakfast is amazing with lots of extra choices and tasteful dishes. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Free car parking available. If you have chance go for a short walk at night in the town and enjoy the peace. We will definitely return again.

Everything was fantastic. The breakfast and dinner were wonderful. I really enjoyed the spa pools and services. We hiked between rain showers and enjoyed the comfort of our room. We plan to return with our family and spend longer on our next visit.

This is the best hotel with the finest service, an incredibly professional staff, and everything is designed for the utmost comfort of the guests. It was very classy and yet comfortable. Extremely clean. Incredibly nice staff. Excellent location with such a breathtaking view. I loved getting a relaxing massage before leaving and I particularly enjoyed dining at the restaurant and the breakfast near the really big windows. Every guest is made to feel very important. Honestly - I can’t wait to come back.

The view from our room was marvelous. The room was big, clean, equipped with everything. Good breakfast and dessert. Appreciated the snacks served between breakfast and dinner. Plenty of alcoholic drinks to choose from, good cocktails. I appreciated the private sundeck with sunbeds and that the SUPs and canoes were for free, as well as life vests and paddles. The self service bar was a nice touch too. Even though we discovered it on our own, since no one actually told us about it. Even if I did not use the service, I think it's cool they provide bikes for rental. I appreciated we received the Grainau Card, even if we didn't really use it. But a cute gesture. Parking with a lot of spaces, only for hotel guests.

The location is very quiet, swimming pool and sauna excelent (no sauna service - take your towel), perfect for stay for a couple or a family. Many activities for kids, nice walks around and many possibilities for trips. We were here already third time, will come back.
