We stopped by for one night to get rest before continue travelling. Serviceminded and flexible staff. We came late and ordered food and drinks before they cloosed the kitchen, afterwards we sat a while at the terass and was drinking wine/beer and even if restaurant closed they let us stay while they were preparing for next day. Breakfast is normal between 8-10 and we asked if possible to eat earlier and they fixed the breakfast for us at 7. The rooms was fresh and clean. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Com a poble no té gran interès, però està molt a la vora dels castells de Lluís II de Baviera. L'entorn és molt maco.
Ciutat acollidora i senyorial amb parcs molt ben cuidats. Ideal per passejar, ja que es plana, tot i que hi ha una extensa xarxa de transport públic. El centre es petit, senyorial, ha sigut totalment reconstruit després de la guerra i es recorre amb poques hores. Recomano pujar a la torre del Neues Rathaus (nou ajuntament) per gaudir d'unes excel·lents vistes de la ciutat (i dels Alps amb una mica de sort). La visita al Residenz (palau dels ducs i reis de Baviera) es també obligada. Recomano passejar pels parcs si no plou, val molt la pena passar-hi més d'una tarda, especialment al Englischer Garten. També es una ciutat que agradarà als amants de l'art, especialment de la pintura, ja que hi ha tres grans museus d'art (Alte Pinakothek, Neue Pinakothek i Pinakothek der Moderne) amb grans coleccions de pintura. Per acabar, també recomano la visita al Deutches Museum, un dels museus cientificotècnics més grans del món. Amb 3 dies crec que es suficient per fer-se una bona idea de Munic, tot i que quedaran bastantes coses per visitar. 4 o 5 dies seria el més ideal, sense comptar amb dies extres per veure altres indrets de Baviera propers a Munic.

Com tota la Baviera, per mí és un racó del món on sempre hi tornaré. Qu més és pot dir?. Natura, historia, gastronomia i sobre tot la gent que hi viu. La seva educació i el seu comportament vers els altres em causen una sana enveja de país.

Amazing landscape nearby, very clean location and friendly staff. SPA area was a blessing , real cosy and with nice staff.
Upon checking in, we were provided with a Berchtesgaden card each, which provided us with free transport in the area and discounts at multiple attractions, we were also provided a map and booklet showcasing the attractions accessible with the card. Our room was perfect, plenty of space, and a balcony with seating area. The room was cleaned on each of the four days we stayed and the cleaning staff were very friendly when we bumped into them in the corridors. Breakfast was fantastic, with a full continental range on offer, some hot cooked items, and a hot drinks machine. As for location, it couldn't be any better situated unless it was on the lake itself, it's less than a minute walk to the ferry terminal, very close to lots of paths for any walkers, and 5 minutes walk from the bus station if you want to use your Berchtesgaden card to tour the local area. I would also highly recommend eating in the hotel restaurant in the evening at least once. The venison goulash had so much flavour, and is my favourite meal of our 2 week tour of Germany and Austria, and the boiled beef was great too!
So much fun for kids and adults, cool facilities, well organized, all reachable in the walking distance, no time to get bored :) and the price is very reasonable for all the services you get.
This is the best hotel with the finest service, an incredibly professional staff, and everything is designed for the utmost comfort of the guests. We've never seen such a variety of breakfast options—it's like attending an amazing banquet :))) The rooms are fantastic with very comfortable beds—mattresses, pillows, blankets—everything is top-notch. The hotel grounds are unbelievably beautiful with a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely return here next time. Thank you for everything!

It was very classy and yet comfortable. Extremely clean. Incredibly nice staff. Excellent location with such a breathtaking view. I loved getting a relaxing massage before leaving and I particularly enjoyed dining at the restaurant and the breakfast near the really big windows. Every guest is made to feel very important. Honestly - I can’t wait to come back.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Eibsee. We were delighted with the reception. The entire hotel staff is great. The cleanliness of the grade 10, the Spa area and the view are wonderful.
