The location was incredible being next to Englischer Gardens, 10 minutes from Schwabing and the U bahn and across the street from the best restaurant/ bier garden. Having a parking spot was also a huge plus.

It's very close to the park. 20-30min walk through the park and you'll be to the Odeonplatz and Residential. Very clean and quite neiborhood. Hotel is great, staff was very polite. I was in single room, enough space, very clean, big enough desk to catch with work.

We booked the place because of a flight cancelation. The experience was super nice and the staff that was at night really amazing. We traveled with 3 children and they were really concerned about their rest. Breakfast amazing!
