Bellagio Shanghai adalah Hotel Bellagio pertama di China dan yang kedua di dunia sebagai penerus hotel mitranya, Bellagio Las Vegas. Great experiences at the hotel. Robin helped to sort out a possible earlier check-in and was very professional and nice. Will come back when possible next time and recommend to others.

Our son was giving highfive with him every day, he always welcomed us, he helped us with the taxi and Didi cars, etc. Awesome guy! - rooms were cleaned every day - comfortable beds - air conditioning was strong and worked the whole day - the cleaning lady was not turning it off when we were away - good breakfast - friendly staff

There was a bidet and also a self-service laundry. The front desk was so nice to accommodate us by even helping us to order food. The area was convenient with shops nearby and lovely eateries. They're was convenience store just beside the hotel as well for water and snacks. There was also a reality like bakery (85 degree) just around the corner. The room was spacious and also had a hot tub with a shower. Fabulous and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Shanghai.
