The front desk was so nice to accommodate us by even helping us to order food. The area was convenient with shops nearby and lovely eateries. They're was convenience store just beside the hotel as well for water and snacks. There was also a reality like bakery (85 degree) just around the corner. The room was spacious and also had a hot tub with a shower. Fabulous and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Shanghai.
