In a prime location in Shanghai, Regent Shanghai on the Bund offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. Absolutely new hotel, great facilities, and outstanding interior design. The team is extremely helpful (thanks to Sally and Kim). We liked the swimming pool. The views are fantastic, the location is very convenient.

Everything was 99% perfect: - hotel location - near the Bund, near Nanjing road, near restaurants, metro, bus, non stop shops with everything you might need - doormen were all great but one of them was literally awesome. Our son was giving highfive with him every day, he always welcomed us, he helped us with the taxi and Didi cars, etc. Awesome guy! - rooms were cleaned every day - comfortable beds - air conditioning was strong and worked the whole day - the cleaning lady was not turning it off when we were away - good breakfast - friendly staff

Located in Shanghai and with Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum reachable within 2.2 km, Sofitel Shanghai North Bund provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi throughout... The hotel was beautiful, love the design, its interior. As you arrive you are greeted and taken cared of by their staff. From receptionist, front desk, concierge and all were attentive to our needs. The bedroom was pretty and clean, had all the basic stuff you need. Slept in comfort. Dined at the Japanese restaurant located in the same hotel which served good food plus, dined at the hotel restaurant where servers were very attentive, food was good too. Our flight was late in the evening and the staff was kind enough to extend our stay free of charge for late check out until 4pm. We highly recommend this hotel, such a great choice!
