I loved the location in the old town and the tasteful decoration with really nice details and attention. Also the manager Lili gave very useful tips on what to do in Kunming and assisted me with travel arrangements as well !

Located in the heart of Kunming, Cachet Boutique Kunming Artime features lavish guestrooms with elegant and comfortable interiors. Excellent location , but away from the hustle bustle of the city. Staff are exceptional.They are friendly,helpful and would go out of the way to help their guest.A special thank you to two staff members,, Zoey and Ivy. Zoey helped us to liaise with our tour guide as we had no means to make local phone calls.She was always cheerful and happily offered her help. Ivy ,a very kind and caring young lady ,accompanied us to the local hospital when we had a medical emergency..She did this on her own time.She helped us to translate and navigate through the procedures in a Chinese hospital.It would have been difficult without her help.We are forever grateful to Ivy.

Berlokasi terbaik di Kunming, Kunming Spring City Boutique Hotel menyediakan kamar ber-AC, tempat fitness lengkap, WiFi gratis, dan lounge bersama. I have to thank the receptionist boy for not only bringing my luggage up to the 9th floor but also giving me an ethernet cord for wifi connection to my computer! Previously I did NOT get any wifi on my laptop computer so was desperate in need of wifi for the laptop! He helped me big time! Thank him!

This was our first stop in Yunnan and I have to say the hotel was amazing! It must be quite new, as everything still looks very sparkly! Rooms are super functional, nice size and very pretty. Every restaurant we went was great! The breakfast buffet is amazing! We had a buffet dinner there for New Year's Eve and it was super good too. Once we had a small snack in the lobby lounge on the ground level and the food was also fantastic and so was the staff! Bonus points for the next door shopping mall which is very cool too. Would definitely recommend when in Kunming.

We took 3 Jens King rooms for the 4 of us, and everyone was very happy with the hotel. Rooms are very well appointed, clean and well-designed. Everything we needed are there. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The black-out blinds were perfect for a complete dark room at night, and the sound-proofing very good. We really like the auto hot/cold water dispenser. Every hotel room should have one! My family love the gym. This gym has to be the best equipped hotel gym that we have ever come across. It also has a lovely heated indoor pool. Pity none of us came with our swim wear as we certainly didn't expect to swim in winter. Location also very handy. 5 mins walk to the new Spring 66 Mall, which is a very nice mall. If we are ever back in Kunming, this will be the hotel we stay again and again. No brainer.

The room was cleaned every day. The location is very convenient to Kunming railway station. our daily needs are surrounding the hotel.

Ha Luo Hotel berlokasi strategis di pusat kota Kunming. Akses Wi-Fi gratis tersedia di area umum. Kawasan Pejalan Kaki Nanping dan Zhengyifang dapat dicapai dalam 10 menit berjalan kaki. The owner's daughters English is perfect. She was extremely helpful in recommending local food and instructing me to use metros and train and banks . Juni is the best.

Holiday Inn Kunming City Centre berjarak hanya 1 km dari kawasan pejalan kaki Nanping, menawarkan akomodasi di CBD dengan Wi-Fi gratis di seluruh areanya. This is the only hotel my husband and I will ever stay in, when in Kunming. Our room was PERFECT and beyond what we expected. We paid slightly higher for a room upgrade and just ADORED our room. I wish we could have spent even another night in the hotel and would have paid extra just to be there - pity time was not on our side and we had to return to South Africa. We will definitely be coming back and requesting that specific room again (if its available at the time of our travel). Reception staff are friendly, professional and efficient and most of them are able to communicate basic English which helps alot. Reception staff are also equipped with translation apps on their devices making communication in different languages possible. Great staff, Great Service, Great overall everything!! Happy customers. We will definitely come back.

My friend lost his mobile in a taxi while on the way to airport . The staff is extremely helpful , go through the cctv to locate the driver , contact the driver & help to pay the driver on behalf of us. We are extremely impressed by the staff’s efficiency and customer service . We are grateful and look forward to stay with you in our future trip.
