Previously I did NOT get any wifi on my laptop computer so was desperate in need of wifi for the laptop! He helped me big time! Thank him!

I liked the help and interaction with the lobby staff and also the staff who assisted me at breakfast answering all my questions and were absolutely professional and lovely people to be associated with. I would like to highlight Vivien at the front desk and Ding Juan who were both extremely helpful and made my stay so much more enjoyable.

Location was fantastic. It's close to all the actions but far away enough not to get embroiled in the chaos. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean.

Offering an indoor pool, Crowne Plaza Kunming City Centre is located in downtown Kunming, a 10-minute walk from Nanping Street shopping area and Dongfeng Square. Excellent location walking distance main shopping complexes and eateries. Hotel facilities were a bit dated but very functional. All staff at the front desk, room service and concierge were very welcoming, courteous and helpful. Would chose yo stay again in future
