The convenient location was our base for exploring the old streets filled with shops, stalls, restaurants, cafes, historical buildings, as well as new shopping malls across the main road. The friendly front counter lady gave suggestions on places to eat. We tried them and they were all great. The room was clean and comfortable. There’s ceiling heater to keep the shower area warm during winter.

Holiday Inn Express Kunming West, an IHG Hotel ligger i Kunming og har fitnesscenter, have, fælles opholdsstue og restaurant. It was not in the center of the city but very easy to get to. 20min by metro from the old city part and 25min from the train station. It was clean and no noises

My friend lost his mobile in a taxi while on the way to airport . The staff is extremely helpful , go through the cctv to locate the driver , contact the driver & help to pay the driver on behalf of us. We are extremely impressed by the staff’s efficiency and customer service . We are grateful and look forward to stay with you in our future trip.

The location in a main shopping street in the old town is great. The rooms are fine and clean, good beds, and a nice breakfast.

Offering an indoor pool, Crowne Plaza Kunming City Centre is located in downtown Kunming, a 10-minute walk from Nanping Street shopping area and Dongfeng Square. Excellent location walking distance main shopping complexes and eateries. Hotel facilities were a bit dated but very functional. All staff at the front desk, room service and concierge were very welcoming, courteous and helpful. Would chose yo stay again in future
