Everything. It was a lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were a very good size and well laid out. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast, outsourced to the cafe next door, was good.

Hotel Director Vitacura offers 4-star accommodation in the heart of the residential Vitacura district, near business areas, restaurants, embassies and supermarkets of Santiago. Rooms are very large, the location is great very close to many nice restaurants and walking distance (about 30 min) to Costanera Mall and Parque Arauco. We had a car, and the garage is covered and very easy to access. Breakfast is good. We ended up needing extra days at the hotel, and even though there were at full capacity, the hotel staff was very nice in helping us find another room.

Renaissance Santiago Hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool and free WiFi in Santiago. Parque Arauco shopping centre is just 700 metres from the hotel. We enjoyed 2 nights at this lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They organized an excellent private tour of the city with Herbert, who is so knowledgeable. We had one breakfast at the hotel and it was amazing. So much variety and good food to choose from. Altogether a great time in Santiago.

There was a lovely park just about a 5 minute walk away. The rooftop bar was also exceptional with fantastic views, and excellent and attentitive staff.
