Located just a 10-minute walk from Parque Arauco Shopping Centre, Hotel Boutique Bidasoa offers accommodations in the exclusive neighbourhood of Vitacura, in Santiago. Fabulous hotel in a very nice neighbourhood of Santiago. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was so good that we ate there both nights. The breakfast was also very very good with lots of options. There is underground parking, which we appreciated as it was very secure. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

This would probably be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. I loved walking into the hallway to the rooms right away, but then when I opened the door to the room itself, I literally burst out laughing with joy. I thought the breakfasts were perfect. No buffets, so no leftovers, but at the same time you always ordered what you wanted. I will compare all hotels to this one from now on.

The restaurant staff and manager each spoke to us personally every day and asked about our stay and what we had seen or done the previous day. The front desk staff offered a late check out when they realized our flight left late in the evening. This allowed us to comfortably enjoy another full day in Santiago and rest before catching our flight.

Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
