The staff were really wonderful. I can't remember the name of the person who checked me in, but he was really especially lovely. Restaurant staff were all great, especially Michael Angelo. The hotel itself is really good, but the staff were particularly great. The views from the hotel are also incredible.

Renaissance Santiago Hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool and free WiFi in Santiago. Parque Arauco shopping centre is just 700 metres from the hotel. Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
