Rooms were a very good size and well laid out. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast, outsourced to the cafe next door, was good.

Hotel Director Vitacura offers 4-star accommodation in the heart of the residential Vitacura district, near business areas, restaurants, embassies and supermarkets of Santiago. Rooms are very large, the location is great very close to many nice restaurants and walking distance (about 30 min) to Costanera Mall and Parque Arauco. We had a car, and the garage is covered and very easy to access. Breakfast is good. We ended up needing extra days at the hotel, and even though there were at full capacity, the hotel staff was very nice in helping us find another room.

Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.

The location was fantastic especially for business travellers. There was a lovely park just about a 5 minute walk away. The rooftop bar was also exceptional with fantastic views, and excellent and attentitive staff.
