Hands down the friendliest staff ever - The breakfast servers and manager were gracious and helpful - the front desk staff lit up and smiled each time i came up to the desk. I speak NO spanish and they were kind and helpful. The staff and breakfast mgr and servers made this me feel so welcome. LOVED it.

The stay was amazing! The hotel staff is super friendly, and the accommodations/facilities are very clean and great, not to mention the amazing view. The rooftop bar and the spa are also excellent! The breakfast had many options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Very happy with the time I spent at this hotel.

Featuring a rooftop swimming pool and hot tub with panoramic views of the city and mountains, Best Western Premier Marina Las Condes is a modern hotel set in Santiago's residential and business... I stayed in this hotel back in 2015 therefore when booking accomodation in Santiago de Chile now I decided to go for this one once more, and I was not disappointed. I liked everything about my stay which was very comfortable in every aspect. One of the advantages of the hotel for me is swimming pool on the 12th floor of Tower A with amazing views to the Andes and Las Condes. As the weather was a bit colder than expected for that time of the year in Santiago, it was cool in the swimming pool area, as well. Which means that there not too many hotel guests who dared to enter the swimming pool and 4 days in a row I enjoyed early morning swimming all by myself.

Renaissance Santiago Hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool and free WiFi in Santiago. Parque Arauco shopping center is just 2297 feet from the hotel. Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
