I stayed in this hotel back in 2015 therefore when booking accomodation in Santiago de Chile now I decided to go for this one once more, and I was not disappointed. I liked everything about my stay which was very comfortable in every aspect. One of the advantages of the hotel for me is swimming pool on the 12th floor of Tower A with amazing views to the Andes and Las Condes. As the weather was a bit colder than expected for that time of the year in Santiago, it was cool in the swimming pool area, as well. Which means that there not too many hotel guests who dared to enter the swimming pool and 4 days in a row I enjoyed early morning swimming all by myself.

Renaissance Santiago Hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool and free WiFi in Santiago. Parque Arauco shopping centre is just 700 metres from the hotel. Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
