Offering rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views of the Andes mountains, Icon Hotel is located in Santiago, in the Las Condes district. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and rooftop bar. The stay was amazing! The hotel staff is super friendly, and the accommodations/facilities are very clean and great, not to mention the amazing view. The rooftop bar and the spa are also excellent! The breakfast had many options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Very happy with the time I spent at this hotel.

We were a day early because our flight did managed to arrive on time inspite of delays, we were given a room same as the one we booked so we did not have to change rooms. Front desk were efficient and very friendly. Thank you! We can recommend the hotel highly! Great location to one of the biggest mall which is only 15 mins away on foot. Safe location too! All the hotel staff were very friendly! If ever wewill be avle to stay in Santiago again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel!

I stayed in this hotel back in 2015 therefore when booking accomodation in Santiago de Chile now I decided to go for this one once more, and I was not disappointed. I liked everything about my stay which was very comfortable in every aspect. One of the advantages of the hotel for me is swimming pool on the 12th floor of Tower A with amazing views to the Andes and Las Condes. As the weather was a bit colder than expected for that time of the year in Santiago, it was cool in the swimming pool area, as well. Which means that there not too many hotel guests who dared to enter the swimming pool and 4 days in a row I enjoyed early morning swimming all by myself.

Renaissance Santiago Hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool and free WiFi in Santiago. Parque Arauco shopping centre is just 700 metres from the hotel. Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
