Staff were very helpful and the location of this hotel was in a very convenient location. It was surrounded by restaurants it was also in walking distance to the main center (approx 20mins). Rooms were comfortable and breakfast service had a good variety.

They let us check in a bit earlier than expected and were very helpful considering we had 2 bikes in boxes. Room was larger than expected too. Baggage storage until our return back to Santiago is also a big plus and the reason we chose them. The breakfast was nice and the views were good. It's also a great part of town close to plenty of cafes. The guys working there were very helpful at all times.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, a bar, and a terrace, Hotel Ismael 312 offers rooms with free WiFi and cable TV in Santiago, 65 metres from Universidad Catolica Metro Station. We just loved it. Excellent location, service attitude, good breakfast. They even packed us a solid breakfast the day we had to leave early. Only thing is the air conditioner was a bit noisy and water seeped out of the shower cubicle due to door closure issues.
