Offering a terrace and views of the mountain, Maison Italia 1029 is situated in Santiago. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well as an iPod docking station are featured. Great, safe location. Excellent breakfast, really nice to enjoy it on the terrace. Small hotel with only 6 rooms, really sweet and attentive staff.

We made a last minute booking (like 8am) when a border closure scuppered our plans for heading to Mendoza. It was our 2nd time in Santiago so we knew we loved Barrio Italia and this was the perfect spot for us :-) Staff were v accomodating letting us drop off our bags super early. Our private room lacked floor space BUT it had heaps of natural light which more than made up for it! And for a great price too.
