The staff was really helpful when we needed to add an extra room and even offered us an apartment for just a little more. The place was really clean, new upgraded surfaces and really comfy beds. We liked the big windows overlooking the bustle of this happening street below. The windows block a lot of the noise, although not entirely, so just be aware that it's a city location. It's fun to walk out the door and right into the yummy food store below (called Fork) and the many restaurants nearby. We also walked to the historical attractions like the Castillo Hidalgo and the Plaza de Armas.

The hotel common areas and room itself were beautiful: a gorgeous terrace area where guests can enjoy breakfast and drinks and impeccably clean and nicely furnished rooms.
