Located 4 km outside of Lucerne’s town centre, the Felmis offers a restaurant with 2 terraces, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Lake Lucerne is just a 20-minute walk away. We stayed at Hotel Felmis for 6 nights in September. Everything was wonderful: the room , food (Breakfast was included), location and the people of course . Patrick and the staff were very friendly and helpful, staff spoke good English for us and always with a smile. Also, there was a nice view to Mt. Pilatus from our room. Finally, it’s a great hotel for staying !!!

Seehotel Kastanienbaum welcomes you on the quiet Horw peninsula, a 15-minute drive from the old town of Lucerne. The view of the lake from our balcony was amazing.

It’s a studio on the ground floor of a 19th century stone building! The walls are original stone walls.. It’s impressive.. the apartment itself is modern, cozy, warm and clean. It has everything for a comfortable stay 👌 The neighborhood is safe and quiet. You can hear birds singing all day around. Access to the lake is an unexpected bonus. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful!

Residence Kastanienbaum is a spacious one bedroom flat in a quiet neighbourhood ten minutes by car/bus from Lucerne. Both the bedroom and living room have a wonderful lake view (although we had pretty foggy weather all week). The kitchen is really well equipped and the welcome goodies are really tasty and much appreciated. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, sink and washing machine/drier; the other with toilet, sink and shower. The extra bed in the living room was super comfortable as well. We stayed for a week in January and felt right at home. The Lucerne visitors card was very handy to take public transport to the shops and to visit Lucerne.
