The Seehotel Sternen is located in the heart of central Switzerland, right by the banks of Lake Lucerne in the picturesque Horw Bay, only a 5-minute drive from Lucerne. Amazing hotel, great location, 20 minutes by bus from Lucerne, peaceful and quiet and lovely for a walk towards the city. The room was big and very comfortable. Amazing breakfast, beautiful lake view. will definitely come again

Residence Kastanienbaum is a spacious one bedroom flat in a quiet neighbourhood ten minutes by car/bus from Lucerne. Both the bedroom and living room have a wonderful lake view (although we had pretty foggy weather all week). The kitchen is really well equipped and the welcome goodies are really tasty and much appreciated. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, sink and washing machine/drier; the other with toilet, sink and shower. The extra bed in the living room was super comfortable as well. We stayed for a week in January and felt right at home. The Lucerne visitors card was very handy to take public transport to the shops and to visit Lucerne.

Located 1 km away from Lucerne, Gasthaus zur Waldegg features 2 restaurants offering traditional Swiss and international cuisine, a bar and a beer garden overlooking Mount Pilatus. Friendly welcome and comfortable rooms.

Stunning views and walks on doorstep. Excellent transport links. The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). Francesco and Sylvia were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Thank you so much

We loved the view from our apartment. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The sun was streaming into the apartment. We had coffee looking at the lake and mountains and listening to the cow bells jingling. The room was well equipped and the hotel was so well looked after and managed. We appreciated the attention to sustainability and recycling. We were impressed.
