This hotel is beautiful! A lovely property that has been well looked after and the staff are very attentive. We visited at Christmas time and the lobby had the most amazing Christmas tree and festive decorations. Our rooms had views of Lake Lucerne and the alps which was lovely to wake up to every morning. The breakfast is served in what looks like a ball room! Lots of breakfast options and really nice extra's like chocolates and cakes in our room. Definitely recommend.

Just a few meters from the historic Chapel Bridge, Hotel Pickwick is located right on the Reuss River in the carfree Old Town of Lucerne. It includes an English pub and offers free Wi-Fi. Location is fantastic. Literally 2 min away from the bus, 5 min walk to the train station. 2 min walk from the shopping area. Staff is extremely helpful. Small but convenient and pleasant. Had a fridge and good bathroom. Little fan was very useful.

Закуската беше много добра ! Мислехме ,че стаята ни е с гледка към реката ,но ни настаниха в тази ,която граничи с крепостта близо до хотела. Леглата бяха много удобни ,персонала услужлив и вежлив . Неудобството е ,че безплатният паркинг е само за 4 коли и се наложи да оставим колата в публичен паркинг ,който се плаща, но е в непосредствена близост до хотела. Хотела е изключително близо до старият град и всички магазини. Обичам това място и бих се върнала отново.
