Located in Locarno, within 5.1 km of Golfclub Patriziale Ascona and 38 km of Lugano Station, Smart Hotel Binario offers accommodation with free WiFi throughout the property. The room was nothing like j expected. It was way more comfortable and enjoyable. I loved that the place was quiet and relaxing while being close to the train station making it easy upon arrival and check out. However, it was a bit hard to find since it is kind of tucked behind the coffee shop.

Piccolo Hotel enjoys a quiet location, an 8-minute walk from the Locarno Train Station and the centre of the city. Has more of a Bed and Breakfast vibe than that of a hotel, but truly excellent! Will definitely come back! A small hint: if you ask on the previous day they will give you a breakfast with more limited options already from 7:30 am (instead of the regular 8:00 am)

This beautiful, renovated and modern hotel is located in the town centre, close to Locarno’s old town with the famous Piazza Grande and Lake Maggiore with its lakeside promenade. Getting to the hotel was super easy. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful balcony and a very nice view of the lake. The staff was very kind. Very complete breakfast.

Set on the lakeshore promenade of Lake Maggiore, Hotel Geranio Au Lac is only 100 metres from the Locarno Train Station and the city centre. It offers a breakfast buffet. The hotel is right at the lake, they give discount for their excellent restaurant next door and there is a first floor terrace to have breakfast. The back entrance is basically next to the entrance of the train station

@ Home Hotel Locarno offers a central location in Locarno, 5 minutes' walk from Lake Maggiore, the Piazza Grande, and the Muralto Locarno train station. It was a perfect stay with a lovely balcony and wonderful staff

Hotel la Palma au Lac is situated on the beautiful lake promenade of Locarno, a few steps from the city centre. All rooms provide a TV, a safe and a private bathroom. Amazing place - great location with beautiful lake views, delicious breakfast, comfy rooms and super friendly staff

Completely renovated in 2013, Hotel Rio Muralto is located in front of the train station, 1-minute walk distance from all alle the public transport and the funicular to the Madonna del Sasso. Having safe secure bicycle storage was important and really appreciated this feature.

Set in Locarno and with Piazza Grande Locarno reachable within 700 metres, Villa Rossella offers a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. Would recommend this staying with everyone. We loved it. The lady at the lobby was very lovely and friendly .
