The pool area is elegant and a wonderful place to watch the world go by . I dined in Pergola and Ciprianis. Both were excellent . The breakfast is world class and every possible item is available . But what makes this hotel truly exceptional is the PEOPLE. The personal touches , the attentive but not overbearing service . Quiet efficiency everywhere and nothing is too much trouble . I have stage in two six star hotels and have NEVER felt so well looked after . As a woman travelling alone that says everything

If I go to Rio again, I will definitely stay here again. In addition, in front of the hotel, there is a taksi stop, find Alex , he is a tour operator and speaks English very well, he is great .
